One of the most important components of the UIEF policy components - is the carefully-planned promotion strategy. The event is promoted to attract two categories of visitors: general public and specialist visitors.

The campaign includes:

  • Advertisement in local newspapers and magazines (specialized and general)

  • Radio and TV announcements

  • Internet advertising

  • Distribution of a wide range of supporting print materials including posters and invitations

  • Direct mail to thousands of named individuals in foreign countries embassies, governmental education bodies, state and private higher education institutions and secondary schools, public sector organisations;
